One of the most important points of London was arranged between 1829 and 1841 to commemorate Nelson’s victory in his battle. For tourists who come here, the market offers a giant column surrounded by 4 huge lions. Situated in the center of London, the Trafalgar Square it’s a real tourist attraction which attracts every year over 10 millions visitors. It also represent for travellers a great resting place, a palce where everybody can take a deep breath and enjoying the fabulous views.
The present architecture of the square was completed in 1845 by the great architect John Nash. Since Middle Ages, Trafalgar is a place for meetings and surely a holiday spent here without visiting it could be not completed. Teenagers who come here in summer would be very satisfied if they will succeed in feeding the pigeons without scaring them.
Because the square is the largest in London,  it has more success in visiting it. The Trafalgar square contains a several number of statues and fountains hosting more than 2300 paintings from Vincent Van Gogh, Rembrandt, Claude Monet, etc. Soon, the Square will have more than 2400 paintings, thing which will increase its chance to be more recognized all over the world.
