The small statue of Liberty from Paris was built in the same way as the Statue of Liberty from New York was, in appreciation for it. They have built a small replica, which has around 35 feet height. It is situated nearby the Pont de Grenelle, which is a bridge crossing the Seine river. The small Statue of Liberty is also about 1.5 kilometers awat from the South of the Eiffel Tower.
Definitely, if you visit Paris and you walk along the Seine river you will not miss the chance to visit it.

It was made by a very renowned person, Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, which is also a French sculptor. Nevertheless, the statue’s size is only 1/4 of the other Statue of Liberty from New York which is the original. This copy was built later than the other.  It’s amazing once you have visited the Paris city and you will see the small statue standing on a small island. From there, you can look down the Seine river. It feels like you’re in New York city.
