San Luis Potosi-Part 2

The Center of The City

Exactly in the center of the San Luis Potosi city the atmosphere is better than anywhere. Here tourists could most feel like having fun and also from there you can see every outdoor activity.

Several things that in other tourist destinations you will not find are for example the cosed off traffic. In the city’s center only pedestrian could take a ride and visit it. Maybe that’s why the city is one of the cleanest top attraction of Mexico.

Without noise, without cars, people could definitely choose this city as a great holiday maker. As many cities have, there is a square in the center, the Plaza de Armas, the main of them. On the other side, the most important park is the Alameda. This is the perfect place where you can have a cool drink. You can get some fresh air in the shade of the trees.

It also hosts the Cathedral, the Gobierno Palace, another must “visit” attractions. Another plazas could be Plaza del Carmen, Plaza de los Fundadores and Plaza de San Francisco.

The Municipal Palace is the best place where the priceless arts and sculptures could have ever been. It’s like you bring back a part of its history.

The San Luis Potosi’s museums

San Luis Potosi city has a lot of museums to show you. The most important of them are the National Mask Museum which has a large variety of national exhibits and arts; and Casa de la Cultura for different archaeological finds.
