If you have had some sort of accident whilst abroad it is easy to come home and write off any possibility of being able to do anything about it. The thought of trying to pursue anyone from a different country, or trying to claim against a large holiday provider is daunting in the extreme, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t possible.
The first thing that you need to do is to take as much information as you can at the time. Make sure you have records of any treatment that you have had to have abroad, and if you have any witnesses to what has occurred then you need to stay in touch with those people.
Once you return to Britain, you need to immediately get in touch with a company of solicitors about your holiday accident and see if they think that you have a chance to claim. When you do this you have to be absolutely sure that you are approaching the right sort of company though. It is critically important that you use a company that specialises in international cases such as yours because their expertise will be vital and you will find that their set up is geared towards dealing with this sort of thing. You will find these companies on the internet if you search them out, and choosing the right one could be the difference between winning your claim and not making a claim at all.

Three years ago, the Miles family had decided to spend their Chri
stmas holiday in Kenya. This lovely trip suddenly turned into a holiday nightmare.
This happened when the daughter of Miles family had returned from the beach. She decided to make a shower, but once she turned on the tap, she got electrocuted. There were few chances for her to survive, through her body passed 240 volts of electricity.
Alexandra Miles, the victime, was alone in the hotel room, so nobody could hear her screams. Fortunately, someone heard her, and he rapidly called the emergency. But the emergency services weren’t available, so her parents had decided to take her to a hospital around here.
The girl was injusted,as a result of an accident abroad that could have killed a young girl without taking measures after it. 7 days after the girl’s happening, another 2 cases were identified in the same hotel shower.
But this was not enough. Once they get to the hospital, her mother Joanna Miles was scared of the way the hospital looked like. The conditions were dirthy. She couldn’t believe it. She even thought to take her daughter back to the hotel.
But once the Paediatrician realised they were feeling not so good, he ran immediatly tests on Alexandra. Then, the Miles family returned to the hotel, spending their next 48 hours with their only daughter waiting to wake up.
As a consequence, we can say there are too many people today who are ready to complain rather than enjoy their holidays and who tell the word about how easy it is to get money back from the travel industry which appears to have become paralysed with fear over bad publicity.
