Beware of going in July/August when it is very hot and humid. If you climb to the top of the Debenhams store, there is a special museum and amazing views across the divided border into the north of the island, this is occupied by the Turkish. Lefkosia is 2hrs away from the coast of Paphos and is easily reached on the motorway which runs along the coastline, through Limassol and Larnaka.
