Athens is the capital of Greece. It was inhabited since the Bronze Age of the kings ionieni. Athens was originally inhabited 6000 years ago and later pelasgieni of ionieni who have this natural fortress, a great rock Acropolei, or city from the top, as the Greeks call it.

Parthenon was dedicated to goddess Athena Parthenos.
